DJ Shannahan - July 2020 WQA President's Chat

Here's my latest WQA President's Chat, in which I talk about steps toward some sense of normalcy (whatever that is!) after the pandemic.

As a reminder, you can find that great "Bringing Buildings Back Online" information I mention as part of the resources at wqa.org/coronavirus.

Be looking for registration information soon for the 2020 WQA Mid-Year Leadership Conference! And, as always, feel free to contact me with your questions, comments or concerns at any time at president@wqa.org.
